Honda Alberta debuted its interactive touch screen at the Honda exhibit at The Calgary Motorcycle show between January 9-11th. To capture event attendees data and provide the Honda sales staff with qualified leads, the self-serve interactive touch screen allowed visitors to initiate interest with the brand.
The opening splash page attracted visitors with the clearly marked “WIN a Honda Motorcycle... Touch Screen to Continue.” Following this, the data capture form collected customer profile information and Honda interest question. Honda gained insight on consumers vehicle model of interest, their intent to lease, own or finance a vehicle, and whether they would like to receive additional information from Honda.
Customer leads were segregated by area code and distributed to corresponding Honda dealerships. Based on the data captures, the dealerships were able to quickly respond to customers’ needs and on their particular model of interest.
